Background and Experience:
With over a decade of experience as a Senior Recruiter, I have built a career on a simple premise: understanding the technical "engine room" of a business. My journey began with a choice between a career in retail and recruitment; I chose recruitment, and I’ve spent the last 12 years working my way from answering phones to partnering with global leaders to build high-performing technical teams.
While my roots are in the Retail and Financial Services sectors, supporting brands with digital transformation, AI, and trading platforms, I have recently been invited to diversify my expertise into the Data Centre industry.
Recognising the critical role digital infrastructure plays in our modern world, I have committed to becoming a specialist in this space. I have completed the 'Business of Data Centres' certification to deepen my technical understanding of the "grey space" and "white space."
Today, I partner with global clients to solve their most complex requirements. I pride myself on being more than just a recruiter; I am a consultant who understands the nuances of a N+1 cooling system just as well as the logic behind a Python-based trading algorithm. My goal is to bridge the gap between human talent and the infrastructure that powers the world.
Proudest Achievement: Building the product teams behind nationwide retail self-checkout systems and the developer squads for global financial trading platforms. Now, I am equally proud to be helping global data centre providers scale their engineering and IT capabilities to meet the demands of the AI era.

When I’m not deep-diving into technical job specs, you’ll find me at the beach with my paddleboard or taking on an open-water swim. Like any sensible person, I am also completely obsessed with dogs—specifically my Spaniel, Ronnie.
