💸 Salary: Up to £35K Basic
📅 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (No Shift Work!)
🚜 Forklift Experience Required

• Hands-On Role: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including Inbound, Picking, and Despatch functions.
• Forklift Operator Essential: Reach truck experience required!
• Stock and Inventory Leader: Work closely with procurement, handle stock accuracy, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Team Development: Mentor, train, and guide the warehouse team, building efficiency and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage picking requirements, stock control, and customer order fulfilment.
• Maintain stock levels, monitor incoming/outbound shipments, and manage returns.
• Oversee Health & Safety adherence, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Regularly liaise with Sales, Procurement, and Accounts to resolve any warehouse or customer-related issues.

Your Skills:

• 5+ years of Warehouse Management experience
• Proficiency with SAP Business One, stock management, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Forklift (reach truck) certification essential!
