Principal Mechanical Engineer – Data Centres
Location: Hybrid if close to offices throughout the UK or Remote
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 benefits depending on experience
We’re partnered with a consultancy that’s continuing to grow its mission-critical division and is looking to bring in Principal level Mechanical Engineers to help lead project delivery.

Key requirements
- Strong background within mechanical building services design
- Previous Data Centre or mission-critical experience is essential
- Experience leading projects or key design packages
- Strong understanding of UK and/or international standards
- Comfortable working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience using relevant design software including Revit and IES
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Chartered or working towards Chartership preferred
- Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience
