.We are looking to recruit a Lead Product Manager to act as both the manager of a small product management team whilst also functioning as the Lead Product Manager. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record as a product manager in Financial enterprise level solutions, Experience with P2P solutions would be an advantage but is not essential.
What is essential in this role is a clear understanding of Product Management processes and best practice. Your team have excellent subject matter experitise and are accomplished business analysts, however they would benefit from mentoring in how to adapt these skill sets to become more effective Product Owners / Product Managers. The ability to provide this guidence both by example and mentoring will be a key part of this role. In addition you will of course be an accomplished Product Manager, ideally you will have worked for a SaaS provider, even better if you are working on financial solutions.
