We are looking to recruit an experienced 2nd / 3rd line engineer who has detailed experience of packaging software for deployment using SCCM and / or Intune. For clarity we are looking for people who have developed the packages ready for deployment. Ideally you will have done this with both SCCM and Intune, but an indepth knowledge of either will suffice. Our client is currently engaging in the roll out of Windows 11 across the organisation, they are also moving from SCCM to Intune as their preferred deployment tool. To be a success in this role in addition to a detailed knowledge of SCCM / Intune you will be accomplished at using PowerShell to build packages. In addition to your software packaging skills you will also have a broad knowledge of the desktop infrastructure environment and be able to provide 2nd / 3rd line support in a Microsoft environment that includes Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365 in an Azure environment. This is a hybrid role, you will expected to work in the office 1 or 2 days a week. Senior Desktop Engineer - Software Packaging

We are looking to recruit an experienced software Application Support Engineer who has experience supporting insurance policy administration applications such as Eclipse, Subscribe, DXC Assure or other mainstream policy administration systems.
