We are currently recruiting a Junior Installation Engineer to join a global technology company specialising in high-quality electronic security installations across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Junior Installation Engineer to join a global technology company specialising in high-quality electronic security installations across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting field-based installations of CCTV, access control, and automation systems
- Working on a range of live client sites across the South East
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver smooth installations
- Representing the company with professionalism and attention to detail
- 1–2 years’ experience in the electronic security sector (non negotiable!)
- Practical knowledge of installing: CCTV, access control systems, or automated gates
- Based within a 1-hour commute of Hemel Hempstead
- Own vehicle essential + full UK driving licence
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- £25,000 – £35,000 salary, depending on experience
- £5,200 annual car allowance
- Door-to-door mileage paid at 35p/mile for business travel
- Company credit card for all approved business expenses
- 25 days annual leave
