📍 Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) - LUTON
💰 Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
⏱ Hours: Fulltime but flexible hours, as long as the work gets done!!

Are you a proactive, highly organised administrative professional looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and flexibility? We’re searching for an Executive Assistant / P.A to support the Managing Director (MD) and take on key administrative tasks across multiple areas of the business.

This role is perfect for someone with exceptional organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Why Join this amazing team: This isn’t just your standard admin role. You’ll play a central part in supporting the MD, managing office operations, and handling critical responsibilities like travel arrangements and fleet management.

What You'll Be Doing:

1️⃣ Travel and Communication Administration
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, and schedules.
  • Transcribe and draft email content based on MD’s WhatsApp voice notes, ensuring professional and clear communication.
  • Support with other administrative tasks related to the MD’s movements and correspondence.
2️⃣ Fleet Management Administration
  • Oversee the company’s fleet of up to 50 vehicles, managing lease renewals and sourcing quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organise and manage administrative workflows related to fleet operations.
3️⃣ Office Administration (2 Days Per Week)
  • Handle essential office-related duties, such as trips to the cash and carry, purchasing stationery, and sourcing fresh supplies like fruit.
  • Organise office maintenance and ensure a clean, functional workspace.
  • Manage small purchasing tasks and liaise with external suppliers to support office operations.
About You:
  • A highly organised administrator with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid setup.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail in both written and verbal tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Previous experience in PA, administrative, or fleet management roles is a strong advantage.
