We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist systems provider based in Harlow who are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a structured, professional environment.

To be considered, you must live within a 30-minute commute of Harlow, as this is a hybrid role with regular office attendance.

The Role – Business Services Administrator As a Business Services Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for tenants and internal teams, providing essential administrative support across the business.

Key responsibilities as an Administrator will include:
• Acting as a Customer Service Administrator, handling inbound calls and emails
• Logging all communications accurately on internal systems
• Scheduling engineer appointments for safety checks and maintenance
• Providing administrative support to Contract Managers
• Updating and maintaining customer portals
• Responding to queries from customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring all administrative processes are followed correctly
• Supporting wider admin tasks across the team

What’s On Offer • £26,780 basic salary
