  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Salary: £26,000 per annum

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from tenants of local authorities and housing associations
  • Log communications accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth processes
  • Schedule engineer appointments for routine checks and maintenance
  • Update systems and customer portals with progress reports and detailed notes
  • Assist Contract Managers with various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Respond to queries from customers and internal teams, providing high-quality support
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Calm and organised, even during busy periods
  • A proactive attitude and a strong team player
