Martin Fahey

Building Services Team Manager

Martin Fahey - Electrical and Lighting Recruitment

Sector: Fire and Security

Specialises in: Building Services, Lighting & Electrical

Interesting fact: I completed the London Marathon in 2015 for Tommy's the baby charity - the last 10 miles pretty much on one leg as my left knee decided to dislocate at mile 16.

Recruiter Biography:

I fell into the world of recruitment after "cutting my teeth" in sales within the health insurance and car sales industry. I then found the light at the end of the dark car salesman tunnel and got into the recruitment industry in 2009. Spending just over 2 years working in the commercial sector before joining a niche recruitment consultancy as their business development specialist, tasked with building their lighting and electrical division from the ground up.

7 years later with over 4 of them working as a self-employed business owner of LR Consultants, I became part of the Eligo family - adding Lighting as a new division, further diversifying the complete offer to the Building Services sector by Eligo Recruitment. It was a no-brainer to join Eligo, as their ambition and innovation match my own, including my philosophy of going above and beyond to ensure that each client and candidate have that unique experience, every time.

2018 and beyond watch out, the light is bright and it's pink....
