Experience and background:
As General Manager I am lucky to be part of the diverse and talented senior management team at Eligo Recruitment. My role is extremely varied and both challenging and rewarding in equal measures!
I joined the Eligo family back in 2005 and since then have enjoyed being part of an exciting journey which has seen us expand into new markets, open new UK and international offices, grow our market share within our core specialisms and continue to thrive.
I am passionate about Eligo and our ongoing growth and strive to design and implement new business processes and initiatives which enable us to deliver the best possible results.
I am involved in the internal recruitment of experienced recruitment consultants, as we are always open to hiring experienced recruitment consultants who share our values for providing a high quality service to candidates and clients, with integrity and professionalism. I also head up our Eligo Academy which is aimed at attracting superstars who wish to join us but have no previous recruitment experience. I run and manage an ongoing recruitment campaign for the academy with regular open days and intakes onto the training programme.
I work from home mainly but do go into the London office a few times every month and to each of the other offices at least a couple of times a year.

When I'm not working, I'm enjoy time with my 2 kids (or running around after them) and trying to find time to play netball, do yoga, dance with my friends, or be outdoors.
