Starting as a resource consultant, I honed my skills in candidate qualification and market understanding. Within a year, I transitioned to a full-cycle recruiter role, which I've thrived in ever since.
Prior to recruitment, my sales experience as a field representative equipped me with resilience. Facing rejection can be a reality in both sales and recruitment, so I've cultivated a positive and persistent attitude. This translates to building strong client relationships and staying motivated through challenging recruitment cycles.
My career has spanned diverse industries, including finance, healthcare, e-commerce, gaming, fashion, telecoms, technology, and AI. Now, at Eligo's Data Intelligence and AI division, I specialize in placing Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineers.
