Background and experience :
My life experience is varied, and my career experience has been focused on IT Recruitment, specifically within the Public Sector Contracting space. I’ve been in this market for 5 years now and have covered everything from entry-level support officers to C Suite decision makers. I’ve previously been employed in Insurance, where I spearheaded a new system implementation, which led me to work at Qualcomm in San Diego for a year in their internal IT Project & Change management office. I’ve developed and implemented global learning programmes and spearheaded system upgrade projects alongside data migration and on-prem to cloud migrations. My hands-on experience, coupled with my recruitment experience, allows me to understand the ins and outs of candidate requirements fully and helps me to consult and collaborate with clients effectively.

Lifetime achievements… I’ve driven trans-USA in a 25ft RV for 8 weeks – to date I’ve now seen about 40 out of 50 US states. I also carried the Olympic Torch during the 2012 Relay around the UK sponsored by Coca-Cola (I got to keep mine!)
