Background and experience:
I started my career working in the luxury travel market, but after the travel industry was heavily affected by covid I had to change my career path. Taking the skills I had gained in a sales, target-driven, and people-focused industry I wanted to continue to build relationships with people and do something good for them. That's when I found recruitment, or you could say recruitment found me. As soon as I started working in recruitment I felt welcome and soon discovered that each day would be different. It has become a rewarding career for me, even more so when someone says "Thank you, Luisa, this job really changed my life!".
Now specialised in the SAP market I have built and developed strong partnerships with candidates and clients in the industry, which has enabled me to gain invaluable knowledge about the technology market.

I’m probably the only Italian that doesn’t eat much pasta…I’m passionate about Asia so I’d rather go for ramen or curries. I’m passionate about travelling and discovering new countries and cultures. I still have a thing for building itineraries. I also love yoga in its philosophy and practice, including meditation. I'm not just a hippie though, you will find me listening to rock and heavy metal music too!
