We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to take ownership of commissioning strategy and execution across multiple large-scale data centre developments in EMEA. This is a highly influential position, offering the opportunity to shape how commissioning is delivered, standardised and continuously improved across a growing portfolio of mission-critical facilities. Working closely with internal subject matter experts, construction leaders and third-party commissioning partners, you&rsquo;ll ensure that best-in-class commissioning practices are applied consistently, safely and efficiently. Rather than operating purely in an oversight capacity, you&rsquo;ll have real authority to drive outcomes, influence decisions and embed long-term operational sustainability into the build process. You&rsquo;ll manage commissioning scopes and schedules, witness key milestones, track performance through meaningful KPIs, and translate technical requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of large-scale and hyperscale data centre commissioning programmes, working at the forefront of critical infrastructure delivery. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be trusted to lead end-to-end data centre projects, guiding them from late-stage construction through commissioning and into full operational readiness. You&rsquo;ll act as the central point of coordination, bringing together construction partners, commissioning teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exacting technical standards. This position offers a strategic leadership focus, with around 70% of your time spent on project management activities such as planning, reporting, budgeting, commercials and stakeholder management, balanced with 30% on-site involvement. You&rsquo;ll be visible where it matters &mdash; supporting test witnessing, resolving challenges and ensuring commissioning milestones are met &mdash; without being expected to carry out hands-on technical work.
