Background and experience: 

I stepped into the world of recruitment nearly a decade ago and never looked back. It is an exciting, dynamic, ever moving, ever challenging industry, that thrives on bold, brave and agile businesses... one of those businesses I am very proud to be a part of. 

I started working for Eligo 9 years ago, going from a part-time admin role and working my way up to board level. Currently I manage a team that oversees the daily running of the Business from operations, finance, and compliance perspective. I am also particularly proud to be part of the Senior Leadership Team, that is responsible for scaling up, moving forward and future proofing the Business. 

As well as having exposure to the recruitment industry and all the respective markets we operate in, my main expertise is commercial finance. I am also very passionate about digital transformation and the power of data, hence I am always on the lookout on how to strategically improve our tech stack and internal processes, to ensure we deliver the best experience for our candidates, clients and employees, as well maximise our commercial potential. 

I bet you didn’t know…

Bulgarian by birth, in love with the outdoors, travelling whenever I can, and walking as much as I can. Only a few months ago I did the Camino de Santiago walk. In my “me time” you can often find me geeking out on classical literature and cheesy historical dramas. Absolutely love a crisp evening run, with some loud drum n bass music in my ears.
