Each year, we carve out time to come together as a company—to reflect, re-align, and re-energise for what’s ahead. This year’s Annual Growth Event was no exception. With teams coming together across the UK and flying in from Italy, we gathered in person for a full day of collaboration, insight, and a few unexpected surprises.
Reflecting on Where We Are—and Where We’re Going
Led by our senior leadership team and anchored by our mission the next year, the day kicked off with a strategic look at the year so far. We took stock of the challenges, the wins, and the opportunities still waiting to be unlocked. Through open conversations and structured workshops, we dove deep into what’s working, what’s not, and how we can keep growing—together.
Cross-Team Collaboration (and a Few Ice Creams Along the Way)
One of the highlights of the day was the chance for team members who don’t often work closely to exchange ideas. These moments sparked new thinking, uncovered hidden challenges, and inspired some exciting next steps.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper event without a few light-hearted moments. An unexpected feline guest made a surprise appearance mid-session, much to everyone’s delight. There were plenty of laughs, some ice cream to keep us cool, and a celebratory pint in the sunshine to wrap up a productive day.
Celebrating our Eligoids
We also took the opportunity to celebrate all of our Eligoids that have been with us for over 5 years, and some recently well-earned promotions across recruitment and central function teams.
What’s Next?
We walked away from the event with renewed focus and energy. With clear action plans and team alignment, we’re heading into the next financial year with purpose, passion, and positivity.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far—and even more excited about what’s to come. Onward and upward!
