We're looking for a Cloud Developer with a passion for designing and developing high-quality, clean, scalable?and reusable services mainly on AWS. You will put in place your development experience with cloud-based solutions to gradually help your team close the gap between infrastructure and application layers. While your day-to-day will mainly be focused on designing solutions, developing services, writing tests, and deployments to the Cloud, you will also contribute to Cloud adoption over other areas of the company.

£45000 - £50000 per annum

While your day-to-day will mainly be focused on designing solutions, developing services, writing tests, and deployments to the Cloud, you will also contribute to Cloud adoption over other areas of the company.
Your profile and mindset
- You love your job, which will include but will be not limited to writing code, automation and manage infrastructure.
- You are meticulous in ensuring that your work is of the highest quality.
- You feel confident in working in Agile environments.
- You are a quick learner and you don't stop at the surface.
- You are highly motivated in finding new solutions or improving existing ones.
- You have a positive attitude towards problem solving.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer science topics such as algorithms and data structures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Cloud developer using Javascript (preferably using Node.js, Express, Fastify, Nest frameworks) or other OO languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with Relational Database.
- Experience in developing RESTful backend web services.
- Understand benefits of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools or framework such as Terraform or CDK.
