Senior SAP System Business Analyst | Competitive Salary | Hybrid – Munich or Cologne Region

Ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior SAP System Business Analyst to drive major ERP transformation initiatives within a leading, forward-thinking technology-led software  services organisation.

Based in Germany with a flexible hybrid model (only 8 days per month onsite), you can choose to work from either offices near Munich or Cologne.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and enhance ERP system optimisation projects, making a real difference in how this company operates globally.
  • Partner with international teams to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA migrations and new application integrations.
  • Bridge business needs and technical solutions, capturing and translating requirements into innovative system improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, with strong ERP process optimisation and business analysis skills.
  • Solid experience working with relational databases and SQL for data analysis.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher); German skills (B1 or higher) a plus.
  • Hands-on involvement in migration, transformation, and process improvement projects is highly valued.
