Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy, ensuring lead generation, audience growth, and exhibitor engagement.
- Manage email marketing (ESP: Emarsys, Adestra, Everlytic) and CRM (Salesforce) for campaign management and automation.
- Oversee social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) via Hootsuite, driving content creation, paid campaigns, and analytics.
- Drive SEO, PPC, advocacy marketing, and exhibitor remarketing strategies.
- Manage event registration platforms (Visit, InfoSalons, N200, Form Assembly, InGo, Gleanin) to optimize attendee acquisition.
- Collaborate with external agencies on website management (CMS: Umbraco, TYPO3, WordPress), UX, and content.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Suite, data segmentation, and insights.
- Manage budget forecasting, supplier negotiations, and PR/media partnerships.
- Oversee app management, networking platforms, and webinar content delivery to enhance engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and support a marketing team to execute complex campaigns effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in exhibition/event marketing at a mid-senior level.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and execute high-performing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience managing budgets, stakeholders, and marketing deliverables across multiple verticals.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Leadership skills – ability to inspire and manage a team while working under pressure.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
