Assess Climate Risks: Identify and evaluate the impacts of climate-related risks (e.g., floods, droughts) on our assets, water resources, and operations.
Strategic Planning: Use climate data and scenario modelling to inform long-term resilience planning and ensure the company meets regulatory and sustainability requirements.
Lead Adaptation Efforts: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen climate resilience and transition to a low-carbon business model.
Collaborate & Report: Work with internal teams to integrate climate considerations into decision-making and deliver clear reports to senior leaders.

Qualifications: Degree in a relevant discipline.
Expertise: Experience in climate change adaptation, mitigation strategies, and policy development.
Leadership: Proven ability to influence and manage relationships across teams and stakeholders.
