As part of a larger corporate group based in London, they are seeking a Sales Performance Manager to take the reins and elevate their dynamic sales team.

As the Sales Performance Manager, you won’t be directly involved in selling but instead will lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team of 5-10 professionals. Your focus will be on driving performance, developing strategies, and ensuring your team operates at their highest potential

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Performance Manager:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Analyse and maintain sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and hold the team accountable to key metrics.

To be successful as a Sales Performance Manager, our client is seeking candidates who have:
  • A degree, preferably with a background in Events, B2B Conferences, or Exhibitions.
  • 5-7 years of proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
  • Strong sales performance management skills, with a focus on mentoring and strategic planning.
  • Only candidates with relevant events industry experience will be considered for this role.
