About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with a strong background in Primary Care to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will cover shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 08:00 to 18:00. This role requires proficiency in EMIS Web and involves performing a variety of HCA duties to support patient care in a busy primary care setting.

This role requires proficiency in EMIS Web and involves performing a variety of HCA duties to support patient care in a busy primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phlebotomy
- Vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, etc.)
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Supporting the nursing and medical staff with patient care
- Administering basic treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Ensuring patient records are accurately maintained on EMIS Web
- Providing compassionate care and support to patients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in a Primary Care setting
- Proficiency in using EMIS Web is essential
- Phlebotomy skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability
- Right to work in the UK
