Mechanical Engineer – Data Center Cooling | DubaiLocation: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 260,000 – 400,000 per year
Role Overview A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and deliver advanced cooling solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers across the Middle East.
Lead the design of cooling systems including chiller plants, AHUs, fan wall units, and water systems
Support and review CFD analysis for airflow and thermal optimization
Act as a technical expert in client meetings and project discussions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support bid development
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, CIBSE, and regional standards
Contribute to commissioning and performance validation
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
5–10 years’ experience in mission-critical or data center projects
Strong HVAC and chilled water system expertise
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and CFD tools preferred
Chartered status or working towards it is advantageous
