Are you a part-qualified Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career within a dynamic, high-growth environment?

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, business partnering, and process development, with plenty of scope to grow your responsibilities and career alongside the company.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prepare monthly management accounts to tight deadlines
  • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support budgeting processes
  • Provide financial insight to department heads and monitor spend against budget
  • Assist with forecasts, cashflow, payroll, audit prep, and external reporting
  • Develop and refine reporting processes and financial systems
  • Partner with teams to support their financial goals and drive better decisions
 
About You
  • Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with experience in management accounting
  • Strong Excel skills and confident communicator
  • Detail-driven, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ideally experienced in startups or high-growth environments, with familiarity in tools like Xero and payroll management
