As a Head of Sales specialising in B2B conferences you will be;
Working as a Head of Sales, you’ll be earning $150,000 Australian Dollars which equates to £76,000 (with an OTE $250,000 which is £127,000 dependant on performance. Based on today's exchange rate)

As a Head of Sales specialising in B2B conferences you will be;
- Managing a team of 12 Delegate Sales Executives and 4 SPEX sales.
- Responsible for Hiring, Firing, Training and Mentoring
- Setting Kpi's along with sales strategy
- Managing Sales pipeline
- Leading from the front 30% personal sales, 70% team management.
- Updating Sales processes
- Reporting to SLT
- Launching new events
