Are you a Game Delivery Coordinator, or Project Manager with experience within the iGaming sector looking for a new challenge? If so this might be the perfect role for you.

As the Game Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the game delivery process, ensuring that all milestones are met throughout the game development lifecycle, from initial concept to the final game version. Your role involves project planning, tracking deliverables, managing communication with stakeholders, and providing essential administrative support to streamline project workflow.

You will be joining an exciting iGaming Studio who have years of experience creating and delivering Slot games to the marketplace and are partnered with well known international Gaming platforms. 

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience in project coordination. Prior experience in iGaming or understanding of the games development cycle is essential.
  • Organisation: Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple activities, and keep projects well-organised.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines effectively and support in meeting project milestones.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project management or planning tools such as Trello, Jira, and Microsoft Planner, along with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and assisting in resolving them promptly.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2) is optional but beneficial.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum is desirable.
