As a part-time Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of Eligo’s finances, from monthly management information and compliance to overseeing our financial practices. Working closely with and reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll help us stay aligned with all statutory regulations and drive our financial health forward.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing month-end reconciliations and producing consolidated reports for our group entities
- Overseeing accounts payable and expense reconciliations
- Ensuring HMRC compliance with VAT, PAYE, and tax submissions
- Collaborating across departments to support strategic and operational goals
- Working alongside the Directors and assisting the smooth running of the business
- Previous finance experience, ideally in recruitment or sales settings
- Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software, with a solid grasp of P&L and Balance Sheets
- Full AAT qualification or equivalent, with top-notch Excel skills
- Excellent communication and a detail-oriented approach
