This is your opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performance, low-carbon facility in Denmark. Leading site operations, optimising uptime, and driving operational excellence in a next-generation environment.
As Facility Manager, you’ll oversee the safe, reliable and efficient operation of a mission-critical data centre. In simple terms: you’ll ensure the lights stay on, systems run flawlessly, and performance exceeds client expectations.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Deliver 24/7 operational excellence across electrical, mechanical and critical infrastructure systems
- Lead and develop on-site engineering and operations teams
- Drive uptime, resilience and SLA performance in a Tier III / Tier IV environment
- Manage contractors, maintenance programmes and service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards
- Optimise energy efficiency and sustainability performance
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager, Data Centre Manager or Critical Facilities Manager
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services, UPS, generators, HVAC, and cooling systems
- Experience managing mission-critical environments (data centres, hospitals, pharma, industrial sites)
- Leadership experience with technical teams and contractors
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and preventative maintenance
- Relevant engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical preferred)
