Are you a seasoned ERP Project Manager with a passion for driving business transformation?

We’re looking for an exceptional professional to lead the implementation of a new NetSuite ERP system.


This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with senior management, guide teams through change, and ensure the seamless integration of new processes and technology. With a strong foundation in NetSuite implementations and over 10 years of ERP experience, you’ll play a vital role in redefining how this company works and delivers real results.


What You’ll Do as ERP Project Manager:

Plan and Strategize: Conduct detailed process analyses, map current and future workflows, and develop clear objectives and strategies.

Lead and Manage: Build and oversee cross-functional teams, ensure stakeholders are aligned, and act as the bridge between leadership and the implementation partner.

Deliver Excellence: Validate system readiness, oversee data migration, and drive testing and user training to ensure a seamless go-live.

Drive Change: Implement change management strategies to engage teams, address challenges, and embed new processes successfully.
 

What You’ll Bring:

  • A proven track record in ERP Project Management with specific expertise in NetSuite.
  • Outstanding skills in process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder management.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results on time and within budget.
  • A collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills to influence and engage at all levels.
     
About the role:

  • Contract: 6-Months, Outside IR35
  • Rate: £400 - £550 per day
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (Minimum 2 days per week commitment)
