Data Center Operations Specialist | Saudi Arabia Location: Riyadh Salary: SAR 200,000 – 320,000 per year
Job Description A leading data center operator is looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure the reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
Support incident management and root cause analysis
Work with contractors and suppliers on-site
Ensure compliance with local and international standards
Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
3–6 years’ experience in data center or facilities operations
Knowledge of critical systems (HVAC, UPS, generators)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
