Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage loyalty initiatives, including the company's loyalty program and other customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure consistent program execution across all channels.
- Analyse customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise the loyalty program.
- Develop and manage the loyalty program budget and track performance against key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer loyalty.
- Proven experience in loyalty management.
- CRM experience is essential.
- Loyalty strategy and facilitating loyal programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills.
