Commissioning is where a data centre project truly succeeds or fails — and this role sits right at that critical point.

We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to take ownership of commissioning strategy and execution across multiple large-scale data centre developments in EMEA.

This is a highly influential position, offering the opportunity to shape how commissioning is delivered, standardised and continuously improved across a growing portfolio of mission-critical facilities.
Working closely with internal subject matter experts, construction leaders and third-party commissioning partners, you’ll ensure that best-in-class commissioning practices are applied consistently, safely and efficiently.
Rather than operating purely in an oversight capacity, you’ll have real authority to drive outcomes, influence decisions and embed long-term operational sustainability into the build process.
You’ll manage commissioning scopes and schedules, witness key milestones, track performance through meaningful KPIs, and translate technical requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.
A core part of the role is improving consistency — developing tools, processes and programmes that reduce risk, shorten commissioning cycles and improve quality across every project.

What we’re looking for

• 4 years’ experience in data centre commissioning
• Strong understanding of commissioning best practices and live data centre environments
• Confidence managing third-party commissioning agents and senior stakeholders
• Experience in data centres, high-tech or rapidly scaling environments preferred
• A proactive mindset — comfortable improving processes, not just following them
