Are you a Brand Executive ready to help shape campaigns for a well?known online gambling brand?

BENEFITS: £32,000–£35,000 salary plus up to 10% annual performance bonus, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (and extra days with service), private health and life insurance, company pension, and regular team socials. Hybrid working – 3 days a week in London.

We’re looking for a Brand Executive with experience in global brand marketing to join a fast?moving, creative environment. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across multiple international markets – with your work seen by millions of players worldwide.

You’ll be the go?to for brand guidance, working closely with Country Managers, creatives and copywriters to ensure every campaign feels on?brand and hits the mark. From reviewing and approving marketing comms to supporting research projects, workshops and competitor reviews, you’ll be at the heart of driving a strong, recognisable identity across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve marketing comms and creative output to ensure brand alignment.

  • Tailor messaging with Country Managers to resonate in local markets while staying true to brand values.

  • Track monthly messaging across all markets and use insights to drive improvements.

  • Support with market research, customer surveys and brand tracking to refine strategy.

  • Act as day?to?day brand advocate, answering queries and promoting brand understanding internally.

  • Oversee talent and music licensing across markets.

  • Update brand and tone of voice guidelines in collaboration with creative teams.

  • Assist in delivering brand workshops and bi?annual competitor reviews.

  • Work with product teams on brand partnerships and support activations, sponsorships and events.

  • Benchmark competitor activity and analyse market trends to inform offline marketing.

  • Help review brand campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2–3 years in a global brand marketing role, ensuring consistency across channels.

  • Proven experience delivering creative work across digital and ATL channels (search, display, onsite banners, TV, radio, OOH).

  • Solid grasp of brand management principles and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence sharing updates with wider teams.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and adherence to guidelines.

  • Experience leading or contributing to campaigns in multiple markets.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.

  • Flexible, organised and thrives in a fast?paced setting.

  • Passionate about gaming and entertainment, with an eye on current trends.

  • Experience in iGaming is a bonus but not essential.
