We are working with the highly-ranked GP Surgery in Manchester (SK14), who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing chronic diseases and long-term conditions
- Assessing and treating minor illnesses and acute conditions
- Prescribing and administering medications as needed
- Performing health assessments, consultations, and patient reviews
- Providing healthcare advice and support on prevention, lifestyle, and wellbeing
- Registered Nurse with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification (ANP)
- Independent Prescriber (desirable)
- Experience in managing long-term conditions and minor illnesses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting is advantageous
