ADMINISTRATOR / ADMIN / ADMIN SUPPORT
ADMIN ROLE
WHITELEY / FAREHAM
Office hours - 08:00 to 16:30
A long standing client of mine is seeking a friendly multitasker with a background in administration to join a busy vibrant central support team in Whiteley/Fareham.
This is a full time role with a lovely 16:30 finish every day :-)
The facts:
- I am looking for a INSTALLATION COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR / ADMIN / ADMIN SUPPORT'
- To operate out of my client's offices in Whiteley in Fareham.
- Would be totally ideal if you have some experience of dealing with Engineers, Tradesmen, Contractors, Technicians etc in some capacity.
Duties of the role:
- Booking in 'new installation' jobs
- Coordination of Engineers
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
- Using Cache system - having experience of this system will be an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be given,
What's on offer:
- Salary: up to £25k depending on experience.
- Office hours 08:00 to 16:30
- Full training will be provided for this role - seeking relevant transferable skills to do the job.
You:
- Stem from a solid admin background
- An organised person who thrives in a busy environment
- Live ideally within a 30 min commute from my client's offices in Whitely in Fareham.
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure, department is fun but very busy all of the time.
Must have:
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Articulate
- Highly organised, a planner.
