1. Detailed Brief Taken

A meeting, call, or Skype is arranged at a time to suit you. Both a detailed technical and personal brief is taken.

2. Project Plan Created

Timelines are discussed and target start date set. Additionally, attraction materials are prepared and sourcing strategy defined.

3. Search & Advertise

Access to major job boards, social channels, industry specific websites, direct mailshots, SMS, community engagement, headhunting, and more utilised.

4. Candidates Qualified

Candidates interviewed and qualified against agreed criteria. Example projects, references, testimonials requested.

5. Short List Presented

We will call you to discuss our short list and the candidates in detail, not just send you a pile of faceless CVs

6. Interview Stage

Coordinate interviews and send confirmations. Obtain and discuss detailed 360-degree feedback

7. Offer Management

Consult with you to ensure an offer will be accepted. Provide counter offer management to minimise any risk.

8. On Boarding

Manage resignation and on boarding process. Check in and conduct ongoing review calls throughout start period.
