Quality Manager
Due to rapid expansion our client is looking to expand their team with a Quality & Compliance Manager. They are looking for someone who will manage all aspects of the product quality, product development, technical diagnostics etc. Ensuring that customers have the best possible experience using their products.
This Quality Manager role will see you…
- Acting as the main liaison with manufacturing partners
- Ensuring that all returns are investigated
- Assist with customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with all products
- Ensure the company is compliant with product regulations
- Act as the main quality contact
- Define and report on key measures
- Report of manufacturing quality issues
Quality Manager Candidate:
- Have worked within the lighting sector
- 5 years plus experience
- Management experience
- Experience working with product design and factories to improve product quality
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Good business acumen
- ISO9000 - Advantageous
- Technical knowledge
- Experience of quality systems
- Good problem solver
- Able to communicate with internal and external customers
