A U.S. based start up within HealthTech are expanding to the UK and need a client facing Product manager to work with their clients and help deliver high quality service. You don't have to be a technical Product Manager but its helpful but have experience with Enterprise products and delivering the highest level of customer service.
This Product Manager is a contract role but will be a year with view of extension, this is the role that will launch this business into the UK.
What you will be doing
You will design and scope projects with client partners to turn agreements into detailed project plans
You will be acting as the client partners point of contact throughout the project lifecyle
Mange the cross functional team including Product and Engineering
Liaise with the client partners to give the feedback and thoughts on new features
Take charge in product functionality, user adoption levers, customer success processes
Detail and Document processes and feedback to the client Partner
Be the driving force around user adoption along the acquisition, activation, engagement and referral phases
Ensure that clients requirements in a swift and timely fashion
