NORTHERN SALES MANAGER (FIELD BASED)

25% growth year on year across Security and FM, we are looking to expand our team with the right field based northern sales manager who is goal driven, loves business development and management of their own accounts while working with a company who knows how to enjoy.

But as this is sales the same as you we always want more and predict amazing growth over the next few years.

To achieve this, we need your help!

Security Field Sales Manager

- You work from home and will be able to choose your ideal patch in the north, Yorkshire, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle etc...

The package and benefits

As a successful salesperson, you need to be rewarded justly. In this role you will receive:

  • A basic salary of circa £25,000 - £30,0000 + BONUS paid monthly Circa 40K+ OTE
  • Company car of your choice fully taxed + Fuel expenses paid
  • Pension scheme

As a Security Sales Manager, you will responsible for generating new business accounts within UK Security Sector by opening up new partnerships with customers across Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, Healthcare, Retail and Education. With all accounts you bring on you will be solely responsible for account managing.

This Security Sales Manager role is for you if you have…

  • Proven track record of sales in the security industry (ideally experience in Void properties)
  • Knowledge of CCTV and Alarm Products
  • Strong contacts in the industry who you can get out to within your first few months
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work & perform well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service & time management skills
  • Enjoy not being micromanaged and in control of your own accounts
