Service Delivery Manager / IT Support Team Lead / IT Operations Team Lead - Wimbledon

An opportunity for a technical Service Delivery Manager to join a nationwide organisation has arisen. The role is looking for someone with a background in technical support who now wants a lead role to be mostly hands off but guide and shepherd their team and be able to muck in when needed as well as answer questions the team may have.

Their offices are very cool and when walking around you'll always see people cooking new recipes and trying new organic foods. Some areas that are there include:

What can they offer you:

  • Salary of up to £40'000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor your team of 3 support staff to success
  • Work with other areas of the business to deliver a high quality IT Support function
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Some out of hours key support may be required
  • Identify opportunities to upskill team members
  • Answer and solve your teams technical challenges when needed
  • Helping with any office moves, hardware setups etc
  • Guiding team with Windows 10 roll outs or 0365 upgrades
  • Understanding of IT projects

Key Skills:

  • Background in 1st/2nd Line support
  • Have managed or have the desire to lead a team
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
  • ITIL
  • Excellent communication. Wirtten and verbal
