Sponsorship Sales Executive wanted for a newly formed Exhibition organiser based in London, currently these guys produce 1 B2B show which is already bringing in over 800 Exhibitiors with 15,000 visitors over 3 days. The show is very content led and they are now looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive to make an impact on their show.
Running in a parallel is a carefully curated exhibition featuring 800 exhibitors, a series of matchmaking and Meet the Buyer events as well as a fringe programme of special events. It is the fastest growing exhibition within it's sector in the UK and attracting growing international interest each year.
The role is to work closely with the Director and the commercial team of the business on developing sponsorship revenues mainly. From time to time that may cross over with selling exhibition stands.
Primary key tasks:
To sell sponsorship around the exhibition: conference, seminars, the awards, matchmaking, zones, special events, industry briefings and digital opportunities
To develop the matchmaking programme in close association with management
Telephone and F2F sales
Candidates should have:
Proven experience of selling sponsorship and a good commercial acumen
Good understanding of content in conferences and seminars
Confident manner both face to face and on the telephone
Good team spirit and collaborative working style
A results driven and self starter approach
To be put foward for this role as mentioned above you need to have proven Sponsorship sales, ideally with 1 year's plus experience, the client will consider someone either coming from Conferences, Exhibitions or Associations
