So what are we really like?
We started up in the Technology market during the dot com crash at the turn of the millennium simply because we were fed up of being micro-managed with poor recruitment practice and had ambition to do this whole recruitment thing better.
Since, we've grown to 4 sectors and a team of 30, without outside investment or loans. We could have grown more, or perhaps quicker, but we want our focus to be on quality recruitment rather than numbers on a spreadsheet. This means investing in our people and our practices.

We're looking for a Senior Dev Ops Recruiter to join our Tech team. The Technology Recruitment team at Eligo is our biggest and most successful team, and enjoys excellent market presence and success across a number of technologies and specialists including Perl, Sitecore, Testing, and Data & Analytics.
Now we'd like you to add Dev Ops Recruitment to that list.
We've dabbled before, but we'd like someone like you to come and really apply your expertise and passion. It's why we're looking for a Senior Dev Ops Recruiter rather than training up one of our own.
There's a lot of potential with the role including leading your own desk, bringing on your own resourcer, and obviously, the financial reward.
