2nd Line Mac Engineer - Independent media company - Progression

This global and award-winning independent media company is looking for an established 2nd Line Mac support Engineer to join their in-house helpdesk team.

You will provide day to day 1st and 2nd Line Mac support to the busy office in London and when needed to offices overseas.

On a regular basis, you will get involved in pro-active maintenance/administration tasks for the general IT set-up.

Last but not least, you will collaborate with the wider IT team to support the network infrastructure, servers and services in all of the company offices.

This truly is a great opportunity for an established 2nd Line Mac Engineer to expand their IT skills while working in a successful, vibrant and continuously growing media company.

To be a relevant candidate for this position you must be an established 2nd Line Mac support Engineer (a minimum of 2-3 years IT support experience in Mac heavy environments).

In more detail, you need to be extremely proficient in supporting:

* Mac OS X 10.10+
* Adobe CC (predominantly Illustrator and Photoshop)
* Keynote
* MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Apple Mail
