Exhibition Marketing Executive working for an established Exhibition/Publisher based in South West London, these guys produce Exhibitions across a number of different sectors such as Engineering and Training here in the UK.
£22,000 to £27,000 Depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to be responsible for the delivery of the marketing strategy and campaign for one of their leading shows. You will be a key figure in the event portfolio's continued growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include: -
Overall strategic planning of campaigns across all media advertising, email, social media and PR to accurately position events in the market place to meet their business objectives
Increase the awareness of the brand, products and profitable growth through the use of all effective elements of the marketing mix
Create and implement communications strategy for visitors & exhibitors
Work closely with sales team to produce exhibitor marketing guides
Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and to build partnerships with relevant industry partners
Lead on-campus promotions at universities across the UK
Control all expenditure to within budget and prepare monthly forecasts
Reporting to ensure campaign objectives and plans are communicated to the wider project and company team members
Assisting with managing and training junior marketing team members
Attending their events, usually Friday and Saturday, to manage the on-site logistics and acting as a their representative
You will be able to demonstrate the following: -
Degree educated in English language or Marketing
Strategic, analytical and creative thinker
Ability to prioritise and multi task under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communicator with negotiation skills
Strong organisation and budgeting skills with good attention to detail
Ideally a minimum of 2 years relevant event/exhibition marketing experience
