Due to growth, a Technology, Security and Counter Terror products manufacturer, with over 35 years operating Worldwide are now looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join their Export Sales Department to develop solutions and sales channels with system integrators and regional partners in Spain & Portugal that will help the company to achieve its core objectives. AS A REGIONAL SALES MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Identify potential business opportunities with system integrators and regional partners through various/vertical routes.
Develop sales and marketing strategies for overall sales achievement within your region and with key regional partners.
Provide necessary sales and technical training to potential partners and customers.
Resolve any problems your customers may have by liaising with all OE departments.
Set sales targets for individual customers and monitor performance
Review and analyse sales achievement against the plan and consider any improved actions if necessary.
Issue monthly sales report including market and sales data analysis to European Sales Manager
Communicating with the European Sales Manager to obtain necessary information about products and marketing analysis method and also discuss sales and marketing strategies on going
THIS REGIONAL SALES MANAGER ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE…
Knowledge of IP Video and System integration.
Excellent level of spoken and written Spanish & English
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work & perform well under pressure
Excellent customer service & time management skills
Basic Salary: £42K - £46K + commission
20 days annual leave rising to 25 days
