A leading digital media business is looking for a .Net Support Developer to become responsible for the triage, investigation and resolution of incidents and support queries of their trusted online platform.

The .Net Support Developer will join the development team and liaise with first line support or the end user to troubleshoot incidents and gather further information to solve daily issues that arise.

You will get to work remotely from your desired location where you are at your most productive and meet up with the team once every two weeks in either London or Brighton to collaborate.

As .Net Support Developer your daily tasks will include;

  • Writing code or scripts to re-create user scenarios to reproduce the issue, along with unit and integration tests to extend test coverage and prevent issues from re-occurring
  • Write up production code to Implement your identified solutions and create process or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base
  • Collecting information and metrics to document bugs and product issues

Let's talk tech:
You'll be working on the company's pure cloud SaaS platform that runs on a significant Amazon Web Services architecture with the .Net toolset, SQL server and Redis distributed caching.

This role is hands-on and coding based, so you will ideally come from a software development background with skills in; C#, ASP .NET, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML & CSS, SQL and SQL server.
