The first thing we ask anyone looking to join Eligo is ‘what is it you love about Recruitment?’ We started Eligo in 2001 for one simple reason; we loved Recruitment but we didn’t love the way it was being done in the companies we had worked in before.

With an experience of ineffective, boiler-room inspired techniques that provided neither integrity nor impact, we set out to start a company that would do Recruitment differently, placing our staff and their passion for Recruitment at the heart of the business.
