CSL acquires IQIP

Fire & Security news: CSL acquires IQIPCSL has announced the acquisition of IQIP, a Netherlands-based provider of IP-based security and telecommunication services. IQIP will give CSL a stronger platform for providing regional support and the acquisition reflects CSL’s growth ambitions across Europe. “We are delighted to be joining the CSL Group,” said IQIP CEO Bert van den Berg. “This deal provides IQIP with a great opportunity to provide our partners and their customers with more product choice and greater organisational stability.”
