INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

  • Basic Salary: £25-£30K + commission (OTE circa £35-40K+)

AS A INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

  • Provide a quotation and sales process support service to the external sales team;
  • Receive a customer enquiry, create the solution and produce a finished quotation;
  • Complete Tender documents and Statements of Compliance for the larger projects;
  • Follow-up outstanding Quotations and convert them to Orders;
  • Day to day contact with customers via telephone and email and occasional face-to-face meetings;
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required by the Company;
  • Pro-active telephone sales (20% of role).

THIS INTERNAL SALES ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE…

  • Previous experience estimating and quoting communication type systems would be a distinct advantage, especially in the intercom/telephony/security system industries;
  • Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential and ideally, with Navision;
  • A personable & enthusiastic individual with a "can-do" attitude; able to portray a professional image by phone and email to customers;
  • A team player with excellent communication & organisational skills, paying attention to detail;
  • Use of own vehicle due to location of Stansted Office not being easily accessible by public transport.
